Superfood Dark Chocolate Bark



Indulge in this decadent superfood dark chocolate bark that's not only vegan but also gluten-free! Packed with nutrient-rich ingredients like almonds, walnuts, goji berries, and chia seeds, it's a guilt-free treat for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 200g dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raw walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp goji berries
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Melt the dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth

Spread the melted chocolate evenly onto the prepared baking sheet

Sprinkle the chopped almonds, walnuts, goji berries, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds over the melted chocolate

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate is completely set

Once set, break the chocolate bark into pieces

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
