Salted Caramel Billionaire Bars



Enjoy these vegan Salted Caramel Billionaire Bars, they're rich and delicious. They have a layer of rich caramel, a layer of crunchy almonds, and a thick layer of dairy-free chocolate on top.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dates, pitted and soaked
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt, for garnish

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Melt the coconut oil, add the dates that have been soaked in maple syrup, and blend it with the almond butter, sea salt, and vanilla extract

Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8-inch baking dish

Put the date mix in the dish's bottom and press it down

Add the chopped almonds to the date mixture and gently press them in

For 10 to 12 minutes, or until just barely golden

Let it cool all the way down

Over low heat, stir chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small saucepan until smooth

Spread the melted chocolate out evenly over the bars that have been left to cool

Add flaky sea salt on top

Put the chocolate in the fridge for at least an hour, or until it sets

Cut into bars and eat!
