Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp ground coffee
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 beef steaks such as ribeye or sirloin, about 1 inch thick
Instructions:
Put chili powder, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl
Spread a lot of the spice mix on both sides of each steak
For the flavors to really sink in, let the steaks sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes
