Almond Tart



It's a delicious dessert that tastes like almonds and has a crunchy texture from the sliced almonds. It's great for any event and will make your guests happy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

In a bowl, mix almond flour, sugar, and salt

Add melted butter and almond extract, stir until combined

Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan

In another bowl, beat eggs and pour over the almond mixture in the tart pan

Sprinkle sliced almonds over the top

Bake for 25-30 minutes until the tart is set and golden brown

Let it cool before serving
