Coconut Vanilla Bean Shaken Hibiscus Iced Tea Latte



A cool and interesting drink made from hibiscus tea, coconut milk, vanilla, and some sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brewed hibiscus tea, chilled
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Dried hibiscus flowers, for garnish

Instructions:

Chill the hibiscus tea and put it in a cocktail shaker with the coconut milk, vanilla bean seeds, and agave syrup

Put ice cubes in the shaker and shake it very hard for 30 seconds

Pour the mixture through a strainer into a glass that has ice cubes in it

Add dried hibiscus flowers as a garnish

Serve right away and enjoy!
